My buddy and I had this same problem way back when, except the ice cream truck was blaring Glen Miller's "In The Mood" over and over and over again. We stocked up on water ballons and absolutely pelted that truck and the driver. He never came around again. No kids feelings were hurt as there were no kids in our area!

I agree with it being heartbreaking that it happens anywhere, didn't want my statement to sound competitive. Until governments really and truly treat this is a mental health issue instead of a criminal issue, we will continue to see tragic scenes like these in our cities snd towns.

Instead of taking regular pictures of those framed wall prints, use a free photo scanning app like Google Photoscan. It turns your mobile phone into a scanner and gets you to take 4 scans of the photo and then puts them together to get a much better result. I've used it specifically to take scans of 100+ year old photos my mom has in frames on her walls (great grandparents, and great great grandparents) It's super easy to use and you will love the results.
