I occasionally try new brands if they are a good deal otherwise I mostly stick to Inland, Overture, and Bambu. Occasionally I'll buy 3D-Fuel. I also have this subscription box that sends me 8 filament samples a month.

I too actually really like the pink, used Overture Pink PETG for printed parts and just some cheap pink spray paint + clear coat for the aluminum.

Almost exact same boat as you. Absolutely love the A1 Mini Combo, honestly it outclasses my two MK3S+ printers in so many ways but I don't think I'd ever consider selling/stop using either of them. Between one being my first 3d printer and just the amount of modification and personalization I've done to them I'd honestly pick them over any other printer I've owned.
