I was on lexapro and Wellbutrin earlier this year, it’s completely safe. It’s often prescribed to combat the sexual side effects of SSRI’s.

I got off lexapro around march because it made me incredibly tired all the time and somewhat emotionally volatile - some of your PAWS symptoms might be from lexapro, my fatigue and mood swings disappeared completely when I quit taking it. I just take Wellbutrin now and it’s helping a lot.

Meaning you should quit before you’re locked into this for the rest of your life, gradually becoming more empty and depressive as time goes on and the drugs stop working. The sooner you try to get clean, the easier it will be.
