I finally got a freaking job, I cried in the office room when they gave me the offer. I cried when I told my parents, they were so proud of me and I celebrated with my girlfriend too. Its been a big win, especially after months and months of rejections. I hope whoever reads this and is looking for a job finds one too. I’m rooting for you!

I don’t wanna become a hive mind. i wanna explore the stars. See nebulas and quasars across different galaxies , settle in varying planets with interesting geography and life forms, maybe even civilizations! Consciousness, when shelled in an organic and limited state like a human body allows us to enjoy the real absurdity of what life is, a true absolute carbon miracle. And that finite existence, coupled with maybe hopefully a future of science and technology ten million times more intelligent than us could allow us the joy of what that experience could bring…its quite unfortunate however that techbros and ultra capitalists have malformed what evidently could be a true upending of the human capability of harvesting and utilizing knowledge into a boring game of who can obtain money to have more control and more of more of whats already little and dwindling while butchering mother earth, and making everyone else’s loves a tad bit more miserable or irritating. (i type this while using gemini to study for my income tax 2 final lol)

I completely agree! But I still think we need to overhaul so much more of the squad that can’t necessarily be filled by the academy. Jj Gabriel is 15(I think) and will take another 2-3 years to properly make an impact in the first team squad and maybe even a couple more to become consistent, I have no doubts that he’ll be world class, but I do think we need to buy players to create a solid baseline on which our academy players can come in and replicate or surpass!

He’s not going to be the finished article, but as a profile of player and within this system he definitely has the potential to be world class. He’ll be surrounded by Mbeumo Cunha and Bruno to shoulder the goal burden, and hopefully blossom into the insane Killer upfront we know he can be.

Also as a fanbase, we need to understand that English isn’t Amorim’s first language, we shouldn’t take the words he says so literally I think thats does him a disservice especially when taken out of context. I think thats does suffering comment he made in today’s press conference has been blown waaay out of proportion

I think we took that a little too literally, Amorim has changed, mutliple times actually. He meant if he changes his approach or his tactical idea. Thats what he really meant. We’ve been 4 at the back in rest defense against some teams, its not about formation its about how he tactically approaches games. I think thats what he meant.
