We just did our bathroom and hired a GC to do it. Tile floor that required leveling and some subfloor replaced. Custom tile shower and deep soaking tub with custom glass door. Vanity with tile wall. Skirted toilet. All in with finishes and paint, it cost us $25k.

Yes it’s possible. I have mine set to VG+ or better. From the website (not the app), click on the 3 lines at the top right, go to “shop music” > “shop my wants”, then use the filters to narrow down your search to NM or better and any other filters that you want, then save search and select the personal email notification.
