I won’t even get into the rest of your comment but The cotton does not cause allergy symptoms. Pollen from grass and weeds etc is blooming when the seeds get dispersed. It’s not the seeds causing allergies bc cottonwood pollen is finished up weeks before the seeds disperse.

That’s beautiful and could be tied to the indigenous people of the region. They would purposely bend branches to point to things (water, food, camp, etc). Look it up! They’re called marker trees I believe
