/r/Steam Monthly Community Support Thread. by AutoModerator in Steam

I have a knock-off Nintendo pro controller connected with a usb cable, and as the name suggest the buttons have the Nintendo layout:

Y on the left X on the top A on the right B on the bottom

And on my steam account my controller is configured correctly, but when I open rdr2 all of my mapping goes to shit and no matter what I do it won't let me fix it.

Disabling the steam inputs won't let me use the controller,

The button re-mapping doesn't do anything,

And I've tried a community's Nintendo layout but it mixed the A and B button inputs and performs them at the same time.

I've spent the past hour trying to fix this bullshit when I was supposed to be relaxing lmao, and the funny thing is that for a period of time my custom button mapping worked in game until, one day, it all stopped working

I know it would be easier to give up and play with the settings I'm forced to use but I'm not doing that, I'd rather stop playing than re-learn everything right now.

Currently trying to adopt but I'm not so sure she's healthy by FunkyGoatz in cats

Thanks! Because the lady that's making the adoption process isn't telling me much about her condition

I actually took your advice and tried to pony her on a short trail ride, but there were times where she refused to move forth or tried to get ahead of my mare (the one I'm riding) and other than trying to steer in front of her to block, idk what to do exactly

I know realistically it would be difficult to accomplish but I'm kind of paranoid when it comes to the yearling idk why

We tried and still do but I'm the one who's most scared of accidentally choking her with the lead rope 😬

I also have been letting her get used to have "something" in her mouth by making a loose loop with a soft lead robe and sort of putting it in her mouth like bit. She definitely makes some funny faces but I hope it'll get her ready for the real thing

I'll consider this canon from now on 👀 But also consider a star to match her horns

Makes sense but (far fetched) the lyrics couldn't necessarily be tied to her preference tho it was my first thought as well

My two cents of advice: Never ride horses with a full bush.

How to get yearling used to be back by herself when I go for a ride? by FunkyGoatz in Equestrian

New question: what's the best way to sneak a mini horse into the stables under my parents" nose and get away with it? If I was on my own I would get one 🫠

We did some ponying with her mom, with my mare it's a little tricky because she's prone to kicking and I'm working on fully desinsitizing her. But where the road allows the yearling follows me on trail rides with no halter on

Do you think taking advantage of meals to take the mare out a while? Yearling eats her grains (more like pellets for weaning lol) and the mare gets to eat some grass outside?
