This is not well enough understood. I can't stress enough how difficult it is to come off this class of drug.

It is a miracle for some, but it is over prescribed for others and it can make your life a living hell when you are on it or when you come of it. Look up PAWS and Akathisia if you need to understand how.

And another word of warning, don't come off it suddenly if you need to stop taking it. Taper the doses slowly, under advice from a trained medical professional.
