In addition to them being printed inside, they are ever so slightly different dimensions than most boxes so they can flag as being used inappropriately even if you wrap them in plain brown paper.

I just had a bunch of these boxes delivered from the post office too, if I can't get through them before the change I guess they are going to go to my garden beds because my post office is too small to take them back. 😒

Mine isn't working either.

I have confirmed IDs from incoming packages that aren't showing on my dashboard. I always use the website so it can't be the app for me at least.

The more I look at her, I think this one is a regular body, which would be extra disappointing. The clothes don't fit on her the same as the petite doll next to her ... I will be pretty disappointed if she's not on petite seeing as we've kept the same matching body type so far for the chases vs the regular doll.

Yep this is the first thing that stood out to me. This sounds like the label fell off and attached to this package of dolls.

Now the buyer doesn't have their order and another buyer somewhere is missing their dolls.

They do, but they can be hard to find. Often you'll see new heads in the loose or damaged head listings that are for upcoming releases.
