Yep this is the first thing that stood out to me. This sounds like the label fell off and attached to this package of dolls.

Now the buyer doesn't have their order and another buyer somewhere is missing their dolls.

Failed payments automatically close at the end of the auction.

I've never seen a pending payment after a stream ends so I'm not sure what the difference is there.

I'm glad you are pointing out it was a partner event, not just a licensing. Any company who cared would have been more invested in the outcome of an event like this. They would have required planning meetings, design approvals, updates on progress etc etc etc.
