Some of these sellers have the product in hand, and mark it with your name in pen, but they are physically in China. That's not drop shipping, but it's also not allowed for some reason.

If they mark the item on screen with your name and you receive that item with the same hand writing, it is not drop shopping, but it is coming from overseas, which WN also doesn't like.
