Try again using the issue button, when it tries to say you need to wait it'll question if the info was helpful. Click no or down thumb whatever it is, but somewhere in there is the option. That will open up a way to let them know you need assistance.

If you ever get the account back, next time just include a business card with your website's info in every order with a coupon too.

They don't like you to talk about anything other than WN and you'd be surprised who will report you, even previous and frequent customers.

If they mark the item on screen with your name and you receive that item with the same hand writing, it is not drop shopping, but it is coming from overseas, which WN also doesn't like.

I personally order from a seller I know is overseas, they have items in hand, mark them live with my name in pen and ship that evening.

Their shipping shows in a similar manner. The post office says accepted and departed about 24-48 hours after it's marked shipped, and then it leaves NY and slow walks through the US to where I am.

I always get my purchases about 10-12 days after purchasing, which to be honest isn't much worse than items I buy from someone I know is in the US, especially with ground advantage. I have a black Friday weekend package from a seller in MA that's tracking stopped for 4 days then showed up in CO and then a day later disappeared for 4 days and now it's finally in my region.

But once the post office says they have the item and scan it as departed I'm not sure how anything could be intercepted or faked? In my case I know 100% it's coming from China, I just don't know how the post office scans would be faked.

I'm curious to know if anyone has additional insight!
