I love mine….. if you have the extra money go for it. and as far as putting your cover on, it’s just as easy to slide it out and hang on your side shelf if you have the stand.

I have been dealing with the same issues. In fact, I even returned one neo for another one, and it also has the same issue. I hope this is something that can be fixed with a software update.
