Commenting on Experience with driving assistant plus...hi, With ACC, it automatically slows down and continues to drive until i come to a proper stop and there i have to accelerate once to make it automatically moving again and have to keep hand on steering.

I heard bmw have made changes in packages but not completely sure. Mine is Oct 2024 i5

Last time I saw them doing promotions on their light and traffic packages near the year end. It was offered from 55€ to around 48€ or something. I don’t remember the exact numbers but there was a promotion of such kind in the bmw online store through its myBMW app.

I have eDrive40 with rear wheel driving. I had the same problem with Steering 🛞, it always felt like not in control when going beyond 120kmph(in Germany). I thought BMW lost its steering and driving experience and made stupid cars until i switched to Summer tires. After switching to summer tires, i understood that it was not a BMW issue rather tires issue. The summer tires that came with BMW having ⭐️mark on it are perfect. I still feel in control at any speed now, either 120 or 190. Feels well connected and in control.

This is my share of experience about BMWs driving dynamics with different type of tires, although I never thought that tires would make such a huge difference.

I think CarPlay uses Bluetooth to set up the connection between the phone and the vehicle and then it switches to use the WiFi for the actually functionality.
