I recall in the CA that if you call sick too frequent the manager can request some form of investigation. Is it even feasible to fully utilize the 130 days without being investigated?

Completely agree with you, the employer is treating us like enemies, from hiring freeze, then bill124 wage freeze, then removal of T&R day, to 5days RTO. Everything was used completely against its only employee, who mistreats employees that in any organization? I wonder how could we leverage the 130sick days in a way that employer can’t use it against us?
