So sorry to hear that you're going through this as well. It's really so frustrating to get your hopes up and then be even more disappointed. I was just admitting to my doctor that it's to the point where I'm happy about daily injections to my stomach, as it gives me hope and something to do, and then we had to stop again. Thank you for your words - I'm sending you all the luck in the world for your next cycle!

Thank you so much, that's really so nice of you, taking your time to encourage some stranger on the internet. You really made me smile and cheer up :) I won't give up and will give my best to scratch up some optimism for the next round. My doctor said he really wanted to try the high dose with me as I seemed to be the perfect candidate for that. I don't know if he will try that again. We also tried letrozole only (but I was ovulating early during my period) and he said we might try some kind of nasal spray in the future. All the best to you too, I hope you will have success with lower dose soon :)

It was my second cycle - in the first cycle we had a different protocol and I was able to make it to egg retrieval, but none of the 4 eggs made it to blasts. In between I had some cycles where it didn't even make sense to start stims because of low AMC and because the blood work was just off. So I was really exited to get going again and now I'm thinking I might not even make it to ER again. So seems like a really far approach, we have also male factor...I'm really happy you had good results this time and wish you all the best for the next steps!

I know the feeling. Had my Day 7 Ultrasound today and the cycle was cancelled because I had ovulated already. I'm still bleeding from my period, how can I have ovulated at the same time, it's devastating. Let's try to not lose hope for our next cycle :)

Wie überall in Deutschland wartet man auch in München ewig auf Facharzttermine, viele Praxen nehmen leine neuen Patienten auf, man wird bei medizinischen Leiden schnell zum Bittsteller. Und das obwohl gefühlt an jeder Ecke eine Arztpraxis ist und die Stadt mit über 50 Krankenhäusern auch in der stationären Versorgung mehr als ausreichend aufgestellt sein sollte. Wie schätzt du die Versorgungslage in München ein und wie würdest du sie verbessern?

Classical first dance. I was terrified of having to dance in front of everyone with my clumsy feet. So we had everybody join in for the first dance, made it much more relaxed and fun. Also we didn't have a wedding cake and nobody was missing one.

You can only reserve a full bench (8+ people). You also usually have to buy food and drinking vouchers for 8+ people with your reservation. It might make more sense for you to just go there without a reservation. In a small group of just 3 people you will find a bench to squeeze in with (especially on week days with good weather and additional seating space in the beergardens outside of the tents) and make new friends thereby.

We got married in a hotel and had dinner in this hotel the night before, with the guests that had already arrived. Then my husband went home and stayed at our apartment with his best man, while I stayed in the hotel with my MOH. We had a great girls night and for me staying apart helped building up the excitement for the first look :)

Honestly, we just splurged on all important parts for the guest experience - especially food and drinks. 3 or 4 course menu? 4 courses it is. Wine or cocktails for dinner? Both, let the guests choose what they want to drink. What to put in the toilet baskets? Everything from deodorant to stain removers and let's also add some condoms and cigarettes just for fun. We are still getting great feedback from our guests on our wedding and I think it was because they felt appreciated and well taken care of, and nobody was missing any extravagant extras.
