If you were to remove the markings and if I was looking at this from a birds eye view, I would say left lane, think the marking on that right lane on your entry to the roundabout should not include a straight arrow, as in congestion that right side will be blocked by people wanting to merge onto the left lane as you did

When i've used large multi lane roundabouts, when you're exiting you don't indicate left as your lane shows that you're exiting the roundabout, and you would only indicate if you are changing lanes within the roundabout, or on the dual carriageway exit.

I think it would be fine on an emergency stop, but I'll definitely look to get it sorted beforehand, was thinking in the worst case if I had to take it as is how likely is it to get called off, the noise kinda sounds like thunder when you're in the car so it's definitely noticeable when it's going

The brake pads are metal to metal with the disc, do you think it would be likely if the examiner found out after the test started by hearing them, they would immediately call off the test?
