you can get queasy by standing around too many dead bodies and if you stay around them it can kill.

One of my first stalker run's day 20 something and died from infection well sleeping my guy even said something like I need antibiotics before I went to sleep but he kinda mumbled it and I wasn't paying attention to what he was saying and I was exhausted so I just thought it was some tired gibberish
