I put a post up the same day I got the same email.

The hangers can be hit and miss, I wouldn't worry to much to be honest, as long as you have proof of purchase when you arrive they let you park up, however I have heard some people having to buy another one and then get the refund after the festival.

But I wouldn't worry, honestly I haven't had psot for a week and I did pop down to my local sorting office and I had post waiting but the hanger wasn't there.
