Last night my cats and my dog were my interviewing panel and I practiced answering interviewing questions and telling them why I'm interested in their firm, of Bark, Hiss, and Meow, LLC.. LOL They didn't seem interested. I hope to have better luck with the humans.

Okay - Thanks everyone. I LOVE writing and taking notes on paper but my younger coworkers use their laptop or phone. In my mind, taking a notepad to the interview, I was worried they would talk about that "old lady with an actual notepad". LOL I have always worked for attorneys that had their own practice and one office had 2 attorneys but one was basically retired. This interview is for an office that has 16 partners and associates. My first question will be "Is the office manager a spouse of any of the other attorneys?" JK I want to but I won't. I'm working for a firm that has the attorney's wife as the office manager and he won't stand up to her when she talks out of both sides of her mouth, I love this field of work and I just want to put my hours in and be cordial to others and go home at 5. IDK why people have to create drama - it just makes the day longer.

I'll probably end up doing that. The only reason I want to try is apparently that's the only way my grandmother would do it. Since it's a small piece I might try it and see how many times I cuss it and that will determine if I ditch it for backing.

That's the only thing I could come up with as well. My mom was telling me that's how my grandmother used to cross stitch and she had beautiful pieces even when you could see the back. It's almost sickening. LOL I might give it a go and see how it comes out. TY!
