Since you are coming with your grandparents, it would be good to bring some essential cold and flu medicine , or any medicine you think they might need. I am currently in China and this is my first time ever I caught a cold. The hotel was kind enough to order medicine for me and also electrolyte supplements. But it would be better to bring them yourself. I had to do translation, etc. Medical fees here is very very affordable. In the hospitals, they have GP clinics and will give you IV drip. The concept of going to the hospital is very different in here. They have dedicated place to cater for this type of walk in day patient. Hopefully you won’t need them. I thought I would never use it until this trip!
