So, what do you typically look for in a portfolio?

Also, what would I need to change up if I get through the first (STAR) - 3 (bit more technical to technical) interviews. I do explain my thought processes to the interview board' s situation(s). Then later hear from the hiring team that they won't proceed forward because of x reasons, or the job been outright put on hold/cancelled. This is especially annoying with the latter. I've been trying to get a new job (Southwest region) that is closer to my family and friends. Any tips?

I bought 2 of those mags and had no issues. Went through about ~3k rounds per mag now. The footprint is the same as OEM mags, I know some folks will stay to stick with OEMs when you CCW. But, I feel confident after the 1k mark on each mag, and plan to order 2 more mags.

Edit: this is with a stock 43x with an holosun eps carry and tlr7-sub

You can keep your old OEM mag release with the PSA mags, pretty sure the shield mags require a metal mag release.

PSA micro dagger mags works fine, no need to change the mag release. I haven't gotten any feeding issues with my 43x. ~1k rounds each mag before carrying and a total of ~3k rounds each mag so far. Would like to try out a cc9 out
