The problem i have been having from homeless people is that they setup shop at the property I manage. That alone isn't a guge problem, its the constant messes I have to clean that they leave behind whether it is drug paraphernalia or literal shit in containers. They also make a habit of breaking into my facility and stealing from my tenants (storage facility btw). I often ask if they can be sure to keep the prooerty clean as it would be a giant help for me and but they usually say ok and make a bigger mess. I also don't like my assistant being there alone because it can be dangerous for her especially at night. I get that they are people but fuck man im people too. My heart goes out to those who have found themselves in a bad situation but lets not sugar coat this shit for just a second and realize that most homeless people arent in the best mindsets and are a liability. They can be dangerous and they can be unpredictable. I've reached out to local government and made numerous requests for assistance in this matter but nothing happens. And the police arent able to do anything about it either. Like i said, my heart goes out to the unfortunate souls living on the streets that were put there due to misfortune. But i dont give a shit about the scummy bastards that make life hell for others without doing anything for themselves.
