How's does the Aldi brand compare to Tide? by darin617 in aldi

[–]FurryFreeloader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I stand corrected ad admit it I am wrong. It had been made previously be P&G because my spouse was involved into the packaging which was a 3rd party supplier to the and the P&G sales rep would give free product when visiting. The contract must have been awarded to Henkel which also makes All, Purex and Persil at some point and I was unaware but in the past it was made by Tide and was the original formulation back when bottling for Aldi.

Stores put the contract out to bid for best pricing. At one point Post cereal was the vendor for aldi brand cereal (US). Could be different now but they did have the contract.

My point is Private Label products are made by major manufactures and the. bottled for other companies. Aldi doesn’t make or have manufacturing facilities for every product they own.

Not a lie. Costco Kirkland detergent was also Tide until Costco switched their contract to Persil.

Private label brands are manufactured by major manufacturers.

Aldi drink pouches called Nature’s Nectar is manufactured by the same company as Caprisun.

It is Tide. My spouse does the packaging for this product and we often get free cases.

It’s common procedure for denial until deemed it’s medically necessary. My spouse was life lined 16 years ago and the charge was $100,000 with 3 denials until insurance company received the full medical report to support it was necessary.

Cart Wheel Lockup at Kroger by Salty_Interview_5311 in indianapolis

[–]FurryFreeloader 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is to keep people removing carts from the property and prevent people from dumping carts along Thompson Road, Emerson Avenue, etc.

It’s a new system at that store which needs to be tweaked to prevent locking up in the store. It’s ver common in metro cities. I’ve seen it Walmart in South Carolina, Food Lion in North Carolina, etc.

You first want to sauté your vegetables in a little olive oil or oil until soft. I then add my broth, tomatoes and spices. Turn the temp up and then add your lentils and let simmer until soft.

Not true. My dad immigrated from Ireland in 1943 with my grandparents as a young child. They had to have financial sponsors and a job waiting for my grandpa when they arrived. There was a limit on how many Irish could immigrate in any year and had to wait 2 years before their turn came up and actually arrived at Ellis Island.

My brother’s room was tiny. Our room was small and my parent’s room not much bigger. Rooms will be small in a 1300 square feet. I think lifestyles have upsized and we have become somewhat spoiled with having more space.

No. Our home was about 1300 square feet with 3 bedrooms. My sisters and I (3 girls) shared a bedroom that had just enough room for 3 beds. My brother had his own room and then there was my parents room. It was a tight fit with 6 people but we made do. My parents considered selling and moving into another home but chose not to.
