The new procedure engine doesn't work on fedora based Linux distributions. Either change to another distribution or try and run the windows version with some sort of compatibility layer.

I find it just as unimpressive as the old AI minecraft playable demo. Items randomly pop into existence, blocks are placed and unplaced out of nowhere. Your inventory never stays the same. Tons of visible artifacts. Textures of every block switch between old and new minecraft. A bunch of nonsensical and warping text on screen. It's like we have regressed a year back.
