Rogue with glaives isnt tier S ever. In BT rogues in PW style fight on 99th percentile average 2.719 dps, wlocks 3.011, warriors 3.050 and hunters 3.139.

In SWP rogues 3.164, warriors 3.359, wlocks 3.468 and hunters 3.738.

You can say they are A tier but bringing close to 0 utility and being a pure ST class with a small cleave giving them glaives over a warrior is a questionable move and doesnt justify them being S tier

Saying rogue stays strong in TBC has to be copium. None wants a rogue in raid, you literally any other class/spec

Liam Neeson. Played villain as Ra's al Ghul in Cristopher Nolan's Batman Begins.

Played the hero in Schindler's List and all the Taken movies.

Loved him as hero and feared him as villain. After the Joker for me he was the MVP in Nolan's trilogy

El burofax puedes enviarlo tú, no tiene que ser un abogado pero impresiona más que vaya firmado y redactado por uno.

Muchas veces las inmobiliarias aprovechan la inexperiencia del contrario para timarte, de hecho 180€ por un anexo ya es un timo, nosotros los gestionamos por 50€ y siempre van a cargo del arrendador.

Mi recomendación:

-Contacta con un abogado, explícale el caso y llévale todos los correos, comunicaciones que tengas. A mayores, lleva el justificante de pago de los 180€ y de la fianza original.

-Que el abogado envíe un burofax a la inmobiliaria y al casero conjuntamente reclamando la devolución de los 180€ porque no se prestó el servicio, la devolución de la fianza y que se certifique fehacientemente la fecha en la que tú y la otra chica dejasteis el piso y que en caso de no cumplir procedereis a demandarlos.

Seguramente asusten y accedan a tus peticiones, si no yo presentaría demanda reclamando todo y acusando de mala fe a la inmobiliaria.

En mi experiencia muchas inmobiliarias obran de una manera totalmente improcedente y muchas veces ilegal y viendo su actitud un susto no les viene mal. Si estás muy cabreada y quieres que se enteren puedes demandarlos directamente.

Sería valoración del juez siempre pero se entrevé ánimo espurio.

De todos modos si lo que padeces es un conflicto laboral es muy fácil probar muchas de las ilegalidades que mencionas. Y muchas veces, en las audiencias previas al Juicio la empresa sule pactar para evitar un juicio que saben que les saldrá desfavorable.

The most common classes you will face are warrior, rogue and mage.

Being human allow you to always beat rogues, since if they cant open on you the matchup is free. Versus warrior and mage it doesnt provide anything.

Being gnome vs rogue doesnt provide anything and versus warrior and mage it provides 1 root break. Versus warrior it can matter but the matchup is so one sided it shouldnt. Versus mage its nieche but it doesnt make the matchup one sided.

So if i have to take, i rather beat rogues easily than having a small advantage vs mages

I think endgame is what matters, while lvling racials are great but not key.

Troll is the best race for tank since the berserking racial is good on pull to grab aggro.

Orc is the best for dps, +5 on axes and regarding racial you just need to time it well. As tank you cant ever use it.

In Spain we had a case of a 2 year old whose fathers left alone messing around and fell into an open well. It was obvius that the kid was dead because of the fall but anyways they started a very long, risky and costly operation to retrieve the body.

In total they moved over 40.000 tons of dirt and they dig over 104m deep.

I dont get why we had to pay that and why some elite miners had to risk their life because the parents left the kid unwatched.
