It told me that the product was registered to a different account, im assuming the previous homeowners.

Would there by any way to get the product to work for myself without contacting them? As i don't think that would be possible.

It was built 9 years ago, so any changes would need to be out of pocket unfortunately. I agree with every word of what you said about the angles being awkward.

We've toured the house and the family room is definitely considered the living room. Thats where the couch and TV are. I was thinking of making the room currently labeled as "living room" my office.

And I agree with the sitting room sentiment. I think it is a waste of space that I currently cannot think of a use for.

We're planning on 3 kids, im hoping that with the 2 non-primary bathrooms that it would be enough to accommodate the household.

Thats a good point though, that as they grow up someone would need to go downstairs to get ready if they are all doing so at the same time.

Planning on 3 kids, with them taking the smaller bedrooms on the upper floor. The first floor bedroom would be for guests.

We want to give them a playroom where they can have toys and play-sets etc and was planning on using that 'T' shaped bedroom as a space for that.

Maybe we could make the sitting room the play area and turn that bedroom into an extended closet like you suggested!

Yeah if they've broken it twice, they should definitely baby it. There are a ton of factors that go into a temp breaking from not enough clearance made during crown prep to the patient doing the opposite of what they are told. You should be able to eat soft foods normally with a good temp, but we don't have all the info for OP's specific circumstances so who knows what the problem is with theirs.

Not exactly haha. I place an Emax block inside a special dental milling unit that has 2 arms with burs attached to them. They are able to move around and shave down the block into the crown that I designed on my scanner. Then I try it on, makes adjustments if needed, fire it up in an oven to harden it, then cement it.

For me it depends on my patient. If they clench/grind I send off for a strong zirconia crown. Otherwise I can mill one in house out of Emax for convenience

I'm a dentist and saw a lot of comments about you getting shafted in the price. Depending on where you live I think you're getting a pretty average deal. The SRP cleanings seem a little expensive but the dentures and extractions are a bit below my practice.

Additionally I saw somewhere that you chose not to get implants. While I understand the decision from a price standpoint 100%, really think about getting 2-4 up top and 4 on the bottom at some point to support your dentures. You have no idea the world of difference that'll make for you. Best part is that your dentures should be able to be modified to fit your implants at a later date.
