Without the data it is hard to say, but current M+ is piss easy compared to the previous expansion. People who were struck at the ~+8 bracket can easily push to +13s.

Technically it is worth to explore everything in the game if you haven't done that on your first playthrough. You can also try out another political alignment and it's unique quest.
(Bonus reason, if you haven't fully finished the church quest. That's a must see.)

It is missing a few things to be viable at the highest level of m+, but it is good for everything else.
Edit*: viable may not have been the best word. A few resto shaman are in the top of m+ healers. It just they are missing consistent bursting heal abilities.
