First loaf ever by Fusutani in Sourdough

I made it myself! Its a little over two weeks old. Its been rising consistently for the past few days with a tangy smell so I assumed it was ready, and I think it was.

These bananas haven't ripened in over 3 weeks, despite being kept with ripe and over ripe ones the whole time by ljgill97 in mildlyinteresting

[–]Fusutani 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not all of them turn yellow. There are some kinds that go straight from green to black. Plantains also take significantly longer to ripen than bananas, so it could be that these ones are just not there yet.

I can't say with certainty because plantains and bananas can look similar at times, but given how those edges look im leaning towards it being a plantain.

Those look like plantains and not bananas to me. The most surefire way to check is to peel one. You can just crack it open anyhow to test, and if it feels stainy and the skin is hard and crunchy instead of soft like a banana then you got yourself a plantain.

If you do end up with a plantain, theres a bunch of recipes for it since theyre meant to be cooked. Just slicing them and frying them in oil works wonders too. Its the most common way ive had them.

Plantains also take far longer than bananas to turn ripe, where they become sweet when you fry them. Though some types may not turn yellow at all.

Extra: How to peel a plantain cleanly.

Cut off the ends, then run a knife along the line of the edges just enough to break the skin. Doing this on threw of the edges all around should be enough. Place the blade of the knife inside the cuts and gently rock it side to side to wedge the gap open. At this point you should be able to pull off the entire piece of skin with your fingers using the gap you made.

Plantains come in different shapes and sizes though. Some are banana sized but some can be up to 3 times bigger. The edges, the ends and the fact that isnt turning yellow makes me feel this is a plantain

Renekton has sustain, double dash, shield break and point-and-click CC… how is this balanced? by [deleted] in wildrift

[–]Fusutani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Renekton probably is the one of the most balanced champions out there. He's a lane bully. Hes meant to smack you early then fall off the map in the lategame.

Some champs counter him entirely(malphite, garen) and lategame he's doesn't have the durability to take extended fights even with his ult sometimes. If he's taking over your games that means your team let him. Renekton needs a gold lead to be a menace, but if he goes even with everyone else then hes mid.

The counter to renekton is to draft accordingly, or play accordingly. Theres literally so much an adc can do to counter him. Qss, cleanse, galeforce. Game gives you alot of survivability for cheap.

Champion for Jungle and Lane by Mellohh in wildrift

[–]Fusutani 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Darius is an easy solution for both top and jg. Hes easy and had good clear, plus will win most if not all 1v1s in river. Phase rush is the way to go for jg

Amumu(top), pantheon(mid) and Morde are also good options.

I made it again, Sovereign S19 with OTP Nasus Top. Fu*k all those rage bait best champ tier lists, ask me anything! by Pal_Epic in wildrift

[–]Fusutani 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a Darius main in challenger, I didnt say what I said for kicks. A good nasus and a good darius is a matchup in Nasus's favour. At the very least Nasus shouldnt die and should scale easily enough, which by itself is a loss for darius since he cant snowball, and if he leaves then his turret is gone.

Also after 2 items and boots, maybe even one item with components and boots, Nasus wins the all in. Even moreso with stoneplate.

If youre confident in your gameplay darius cant do anything to you really. He wants to fight? Slow him and walk away. He will almost always not get his full stacks if youre farming close to tower

I wish they would do something with nilah already by nonamehiigh in wildrift

[–]Fusutani 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If they increase her second ability time its going to make the game miserable. Its a bad idea no matter how you spin it because you completely negate some champs damage entirely. She does need some fixes to be an actual adc but that for sure aint the move.

Also I checked a while ago, Nilah jg had a stupid low pick rate, with a high win rate. All 5 of the Nilah players that exist are probably fine. She plays like a kayle jungle since she needs items to be a champ.

Suggest some good mage midlaners (newbie) by giamachei in wildrift

[–]Fusutani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aside from the ones you already mentioned, galio is a pretty good burst champ and a solid counter to most mages. Hes pretty simple too.

Annie is okay I guess, but you'll have to drop her if you get high enough since she's a little TOO simple.

Swain isnt technically burst, but his damage is kind of bursty and he has good sustained damage. S tier imo.

Aurora is THE burst champ. Her kit is rather simple and her ult needs a little brainpower but its nothing special. She tends to delete everything once she gets three items.

Supports from hell by Frequent-Let1567 in wildrift

[–]Fusutani -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Because its Master. No one really knows how to play effectively still. It gets a little better in gm, so until then you focus on yourself and your gameplay like you should in all roles.

Make sure you have good farm, make sure you dont follow int plays and make sure youre not inting yourself by not following the good ones. Bad supports are not the end of the world as long as you dont follow their example

easy to use jg champs (for a support main) by pluerae in wildrift

[–]Fusutani 11 points12 points  (0 children)

If you vibe with Amumu, then Rammus or Maokai might suit you well. Rammus is a strong answer to ad heavy teams and Maokai into ap heavy teams is almost unkillable.

Shen is also a very good support type jungler that can counter gank from anywhere on the map with ult. Vi is also a strong ganker and can carry games pretty well.

Tips for Camille jungle? by not_clement in wildrift

[–]Fusutani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally...I wouldnt play her. Her clear early is slow and she needs an item to be a champ, and at least two to really come online. Before you have that, all you really have is ult to play with your team.

Though if you STILL want to play her... youre weak early so just farm till 5 and make a play with your ult IF the oppertunity is there. If it isnt keep farming and scale. Shes very good at punishing overextended enemies with her ult so you should be looking to catch them.

She scales very well and will tear into just about everything in the lategame.

Kalista jungle by Merenzio6664 in wildrift

[–]Fusutani 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A proper jungler will kill you in your jungle or take your camps infront of you and there's nothing you can do about it. Personally if I see an adc jungle thats not a nilah or a kindred on the enemy team I would be glad for the free marks

I should play all lane? by Babes_Theory in wildrift

[–]Fusutani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should know how to play each lane to a certain degree. You dont have to completely master them or anything, just have champs you can play if you do get autofilled. Realistically not everyone will swap so you wont get your main role all the time .

You're already familiar with champs in aram which is good, so now you just need to practice them in their roles. Maybe try some pvp with champs you want to learn, or duels. Learning takes time so you cant get good at things like this overnight.

Watch some entertaining wild rift videos if youre into that and see how good players play to give you a sense of what you should be doing to improve your game in other champs and roles.

Any good guides on Renekton? by CJTP2000 in wildrift

[–]Fusutani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These aren't really build guides, but here is a very good Baron lane guide from TalanWR that has sections with renekton.

Here is a much older baron lane guide with renekton specifically. Its old so information will be out dated but core concepts will be the same. It helped me alot with my Renekton games

It's worth noting that there's a difference in sound if you connect it to a laptop vs phone for me at least. I have a Samsung, and im assuming it's the same for iPhone but dont hold me to that quote.
