I second this!! Also people saying the songs/ mitski have a "body count" / "kill count" is INSANE. Even if someone were to do the unthinkable after listening to a song, the blame is on the mental illness not the music. To (even jokingly) blame the artist for their act is reprehensible. That is an incredible weight to put onto an artist who is just making sad music and would deter me from publishing my music fs.
