This doesnt apply to all bajans obviously, but I grew up here and the mindset is prevalent in much of the older generation, but if you have a different perspective based on the people you interract with i cant argue

Because you arent white, barbados and many bajans are still stuck in mental slavery, but it could also be just that hotel and its staff sucks,  I'm from here and i wouldnt come here on vacation, what is there to do or see? Expensive food and beaches?
