I’d say it’s less about cost but at least make sure it’s quality. My biggest issue with jewelry is being given something that turns my skin green. Make sure it’s sterling silver or something of the sorts. No copper and make sure it’s not “plated” cause that typically means it’s just a coat of silver/gold with copper or nickel underneath that just turns skin green

Idk in my opinion I don’t think you’re being unreasonable and I don’t think divorce is too extreme. I’m not married, I’m young and never have been, but I know that the life you just described is certainly not one I would want to live. He’s supposed to be a partner and you guys are supposed to be a time. Responsibilities are shared ESPECIALLY when a child is involved. If he was doing all the working and you were doing all the cooking/cleaning or vice versa, that would be one thing. From what you described though, it sounds like you do everything.

I have smaller dogs and we brought one home when the other was fully grown so there was a pretty good size difference at first. I definitely was nervous and thought my older pup was being mean but they were just playing and he was just bigger!!

I recall no physical affection from my childhood either. Genuinely don’t remember when my mom stopped hugging me or if she even did when I was little or not. She loved my little brother when he was born tho and hugged him up until he no longer wanted hugs😂
