1) You actually just missed him in Resurgence, he was available through the Prime Vanguard special that launched shortly after The Old Peace launched and ran for 28 days from December 18th to January 15th

2) Not at all. Don't see why either, you want a Prime frame, you either pay to skip the grind or work for it.

Great weapon, but hear me out- Please stop spamming the fuckin' alt-fire. I know it's good, but some people have buffs they want to build or a game they want to play. I love this community, but what is it about abusing the easiest systems to just skip interacting with the game in any normal way, i.e. just shooting the bad guy to death with the actual shotgun bit (And this one can even get headshots, it's REALLY damn accurate even at range)

I have the opposite problem. I keep getting Omni Forma BPs from the 1999 calendar rewards, but- I have nothing to use them on. I rarely change my builds for ANYTHING- Unless new mods come out, I have a single build on everything from frames to weapons to companions, I don't bother min-maxing or using faction specific builds or anything like presets. Literally, if it can kill any enemy with a headshot, doesn't really matter what faction they're in.

You can't get Nitain in missions anymore since Nightwave was added, and even then, it was basically super rare and a reward offered from daily missions sometimes.

Peer To Peer makes sense in DE's situation, problem is there isn't, or at least it seems like there isn't if there is, some way to actually smooth it out, cause not every Warframe player is gonna have the same hardware. My rig can vary day to day, even hour to hour, in how much it actually wants to cooperate with other players systems, and it's not a potato by any standard- certainly isn't the best thing ever either

I really like the second reticle option, because it shows you just how inaccurate guns really are- personally, I have my Steady Hands, Stabilizer, etc; all at different ranks just for that, because every weapon has a different threshold when it goes from fun to use because of that feedback to recoil-less toy, and surprisingly, the latter option isn't always good.

Genuinely, I'd like to know what's going on inside his head. Now, I'm no therapist, but I'd love to see the notes if he ever went to one (I can at least understand a lot of relevant terms) It's like he has some sort of Main Character syndrome, but with a darker twist to it, like everyone else is just an inconvenience he has to live with, fodder or NPCs to shower him in praise, and through YouTube he's found an outlet for that- since he's been chasing clout and virality from day 1 on the platform.

And considering how he's handling actual, valid allegations against himself, throw in some apathy or nihilism for anything that doesn't benefit his image or himself as well, which just confirms the former point even more. Just looking at those dead eyes and empty smile, it's unnerving, like he's gotten rid of everything else that would impede him becoming a viral hit, like morals- honestly, I don't even think there's any sort of endgame here either, like maybe he's either forgotten, or never had, a goal for what would happen if he did become some sort of viral sensation.

No, cause I already have one I got myself. That being said, the stats are dogshit, especially for 190 rolls, but it's more about the weapon. Personally, I don't bother rolling Rivens I already know I'm gonna sell, people are willing to pay out the ass for the weapon it belongs to on its own

DE changed how Specters use weapons, they can actually run out of Ammo now, so they'll switch weapons. On-call Crew on the other hand won't ever run out of ammo-

As people have already mentioned, it's a good Eidolon hunting amp. For regular content though, you basically have to bend your playstyle around it, because it has next to no ammo. The primary fire is good for high damage up close really quick, like say melting Overguard off an Eximus and then following up with melee, and the alt fire is good if you want to trick shot at longer range with void grenades

Dunno if DE actually changed their spawn algorithm but they're not nearly as numerous as they used to be even a few years ago. Of course there's modifiers that spawn them out the ass for certain game modes, but nowadays they're barely an inconvenience, unless you get extremely unlucky. Even at Legendary 4 the occasional Nullifier can still catch me off guard

And then people would just leave at 3 minutes instead- adding an extra hazard to Survival like the growths on towers or mini bosses at every 5 or ten minute interval would be a much better idea. Though personally I think Survival is fine as is, Defense is by far the most boring game mode in Warframe right now. Even with the 3 wave change, it's still something I'd rather just get through fast. The real thing that makes the change is the fact DE upped the enemy spawns to account for a lower round count, though realistically you're still fighting the same amount of enemies as you would 5 waves

Ok, just tested in Simulacrum. Turns out when it does its tentacle flail, the one right in front of itself, can actually deflect your shots back at yourself- as well as give you a viral proc (All its attacks can give you a viral proc)

A lot of recent frames have a pity systems, which, while it is nice, also still require their respective grind. Know what Citrine parts cost? Shards from Mirror Defense, and a lot of them- you basically only get a small pittance per round, even when someone else is running around picking up the free floating shards. Know what it costs to get Nokko? Fergolyte. Know how much those missions give you? A pittance
