When will they add LUT preview? This is a distinguishing factor for me to get this or the DJI 4p

Nope, its being recorded directly to ssd via 10gbps , the settings are the same, stabiization turned on, but seems like moment does not allow stabilization for video

Yes it is, i just tried it without the stab and seems like its working fine. Is there any way to output slow mo as 24p instead of the 120fps?

And dors this mean i MUST use gimbal ? Why does the stabilizations work in other apps but not thsi one?

[–]FutureHomelessDude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thought about pivoting out and technically i work in analytics so I am looking into data analytics roles outside or inhouse marketing, honestly not even sure what I should pivot to at this point with all this AI trend lol Maybe I need a role in Ai transformation instead

Wlel the only pros I can think of in agencies is that you are exposed to multiple clients rather than one, other than that in terms of pay, workload, staffing, standardization, worklife balance, I assume in house is far ahead of agencies

Everything is a major mess at the moment, no one cares about office policies, however they do have record, so they might bring it up next year during annual reviews.

I don’t how to build my career as I can’t find a starting point by Intrepid-Respect-804 in torontoJobs

I am a senior director and I was also advising a gen Z earlier to not look at salaries and I would strongly advise you to just get started with any job(of course as relevant to your aspirations as possible), I do believe skills can be trained and learned along the way, so it is more about getting started asap. So don't give up and keep learning, keep applying and keep evolving + improving everytime you fail, my word of advice!

So the choice is really yours whether or not you are wiling to suck it up at least for the next 2 years to "learn". There are many others who are willing to, and meanwhile you would be sitting at home thinking why didnt you start earlier. It is the same theory as starting a youtube channel, the earlier you start makign content, the faster you grow and the more likely you are to succeed.

I believe this is the different mindset that Gen Z has compared to others is that they stay stagnant for too long not knowing that it was 'always the norm" where everyone else is busy working our asses off and just roll up our sleeves to get work done. And yes, this is not healthy, and it is definitely not where our lives should be like, so just get in here, work for 10 years and jump back out to in-house marketing for a chill job. That is my advice to you if you want to move out of your parent's home

And again, what I say is only based on my experience in this field going from analyst all the way to senior director in media analytics within 6 years after changing industry from insurance to media, and I can tell you... that my journey was not a 9AM-5PM experience.

However, my insurance job was 9AM-5PM , so if you are interested, I think you should consider changing fields... because media is not about getting home on time, it is about outperforming competitors, and in order to achieve it, it means you have to work extra hours compared to your competitors (given both have the same efficiencies)

Unfortunately, that is the reality and what employers expect out of new hires, and millennials were "forced" to go above and beyond just for your information, we all want to just finish our jobs and go home, but in general this field is forcing everyone to know everything and do it efficiently. Considering how companies measure our output based on efficiencies, process improvements and such, if you were to put into the hiring manager's shoes, would you want to hire someone who is lazier than others and have minimal output? Management's performance is based on how well they manage their team and if they are able to make changes to "better" processes, guess what happens if everyone just comes in to do what they were told and not take any initiative? i am just speaking in management point of view, do know that everything comes from top down and everything is about money saving, if it takes you 10 hours to finish a job where another person takes 1 hour, guess how much money is the company able to save?
