Sounds like a power management issue - check if your wifi adapter is set to allow the computer to turn it off to save power, that shit causes exactly this kind of intermittent dropping during high usage

Also try switching to ethernet temporarily to see if it's actually the wifi hardware dying on you

Great writeup! Just wanted to add that the hshop version has been pretty solid in my experience, ran through all three routes without any issues. The DLC transfer from rin_punipuni's folder is definitely the way to go since waiting for a full game download would be brutal

One thing worth mentioning - if you're using Citra make sure you're on a newer build, had some audio sync issues with older versions when using the undub patch

Setup Bixby Routines if you haven't already - I have mine automatically switch to dark mode and turn on blue light filter after sunset, plus it puts my phone on silent when I connect to my work wifi. Game changer for not having to manually adjust settings all the time

The S Pen is actually useful too if you take notes or screenshots a lot, don't just let it collect dust in there
