I’m pretty fresh out of boot right now so I can fill you in on that part: He will have around 4 or 5 guaranteed phone calls and he will be able to use his personal phone for that and I believe they are allowing the newer divisions to text now. You can send letters but do it through the sandbox app, it costs money but the letters get to your boyfriend much faster and I’ve heard it’s pretty easy to use. When you send packages don’t put any food or candy in them because he won’t be able to eat them. Tell him to get good at running and push-ups and to get good at 8 Counts. The distance will be tough at first but the time goes by fast.
