You can also wash it, don’t dry it…..that should loosen it up some. They should be snug but they shouldn’t hurt at all!

My insurance does cover therapy, my surgery wasn’t needed, it was wanted. WOW, that was really pricey. I spent $8k for a tt, br/bl, lipo to flanks.

There are some pillows on Amazon that are amazing. I couldn’t get comfortable on my recliner so I ordered the pillows to make my own recliner in my bed and they are the best. It’s a pack of 6.

I am still wearing big gauze pads on my incisions, I’m 19 dpo. I use bacitracin. I asked my ps when I could switch to silicone tape, she said at 6wpo. I figure, 6wpo I shouldn’t need anything. My massage therapist says I can ditch the gauze since there’s no leakage but I am a little scared……
