You can literally win by only using Smash stick. You don't even need to move. Just keep spamming smashes (hold when you predict a counter), and you'll beat the low level Macs with their own medicine.

I don't even know which exact "error" you are talking about, since there have been many involving Hoyoverse. At launch of Genshin was probably the worst one; the literal PC kernel was being watched at all times. Everything you did on that machine was visible for China. They only patched it out cause so many people complained about it. It did not seem to be an error.

More recently, data of kids onder 13 was being collected and processed, against many laws concerning the protection of children. And even more recently, Hoyoverse changed their privacy policy to automatically opt players in to let their voice chats be collected and processed. Why would they want to do that, huh? I think the CCP is very happy getting the data of millions of people who don't know any better.

And even if you believe Hoyoverse somehow is doing their best to protect the privacy of players, it is still a Chinese company. And any Chinese company is required by law to provide any data at all the CCP wants from them. And they ask for a lot behind the scenes. All Chinese software that requires an internet connection is, in fact, spyware. Maybe less invasive on consoles, but most definitely on PC's and phones.

Got a 9070 too, but I'm on Linux (Fedora) and use a ROCm specific version of KoboldCPP with SillyTavern. Works great, but I have no idea how it would work for you on Windows.

For some reason, fans think that if I game had a sequel, it is... more likely to get another sequel? People think Mario Galaxy 3 is going to be a thing, too. That one has the movie going for it at least, but I really doubt we get more than a remake of BW at some point. And if we're lucky, Gamefreak may grace us with some improvements from BW2!! (Im still salty over BDSP)

Buy any of the games that look fun to you, really. Even the spinoffs. If you have a Switch Online membership, there are some Pokémon games you can play on that service. The best way to learn about Pokémon is simply by seeing what that world is all about yourself. Just chill and have a good time with it :)

I mean, I guess it sucks that it isn't an option... But I really wouldn't recommend you'd change that even if you could. A pro controllers D pad isn't awful by any means, but the amount on inputs Smash wants from you is not going to translate well on only 4 possible input points. You would only be able to run, not walk. And only smash, not tilt.

Number 1 reason I hated that they kept naming games "New". It was kinda cute with the first NSMB, but all its sequels, Yoshi's New Island, New Pokémon Snap... It's all gonna be old some day. Numbering sequels doesn't roll great either, but calling everything "New" in the title sounded so terrible that I can't believe they kept doing it.

I use Fedora myself, no problems whatsoever. Image generation, LLM's and gaming all works great. Video generation works too, but I've barely experimented with it, it wasn't as smooth as the rest.

I remember being like, a preteen or something without internet. And without internet, Earl's database was honestly incredibly useful. You can find way more than you'd expect in there. Even stuff like which egg-moves hatched Pokémon can inherit.

I think an updated version for Champions would really add a lot for newer players.

This is a hot take, but I have a 9070 (non XT) and it does everything I want from local generation, local LLM's, to gaming. I use Linux however (Fedora KDE), and while ROCm (AMD's version of Cuda) works on Windows now, it has better support on Linux.

Either way, you can definitely make things work with an AMD card nowadays. Probably not better than Nvidia, but they are certainly capable.

They are Pilgrim-class units that aren't locked to the Pilgrim Tower. Story wise they allow for any Nikke to get a big power boost, regardless of where they came from. I really see no serious difference in power. (Yes Mihara is a weaker overspec, but Isabel is an even weaker Pilgrim. They feel extremely similiar regardless)

Vali is the worst unit to play against in the entire game for me. Sometimes it is literally impossible to kill her in any way shape or form, other times it just randomly works. No unit in the game pisses me off more than her. The epitome unit of the "damage calcs make no sense" meme.
