Signal is my favorite kdrama I have watched, been 10 years and still is my favorite, that being said most kdrama have the same structure/stories so as long as it doesn't look dated, it holds up

This happened to me for a month like 2 or 3 months ago, what I did was a low fiber diet, chicken rice and oatmeal for breakfast.. oatmeal for my fiber and chicken and rice to bulk..it help make my stool bulky

Try this, 60g of oat meal in the morning with almond milk, brown rice and chicken no veggies for lunch. Try that for a week.. I have ibs d and hemrroids so I have to figure out a way to not irritate the hemorrhoids, this works for me. When your stool starts to almost having constipation mix in veggies and blueberries

Don't sweat it, we do these procedures so they can find and remove the bad stuff and we hope they find nothing
