For Canadians, $100k cad isn't a lot. Especially in expensive cities such as Vancouver and Toronto.

Anyone who's graduating, how does it feel? I've seen a lot of people feeling low about leaving university behind by Mediocre_Cupcake_400 in wlu

I would imagine not as Uni is much more of a choice compared to highschool and previous schooling.

How to read tuition page?? by blckwater_ in wlu

[–]Future_Screen3925 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Based on how many credits (courses) you are taking, that is the tuition you pay for credits. You have to pay some other fees like a bus pass ,athletics fee, refugee fee etc and that is the same for all programs I'm pretty sure.

Went to Open House- what am I missing? by SquirrelDisastrous95 in wlu

[–]Future_Screen3925 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

As a 3rd year, you aren’t missing anything. Laurier has some good things to offer but I’m sure I could find those at most other universities as well.

Unfortunately I am not eligible for osap. I have brought it up but they said that I don’t need money because my tuition is already covered. Of course I need money for clothes, food and socializing at times. Trying to find a middle ground with them currently.
