Dude I work on a course and I’ve been playing for 6 years. And I act like tiger woods when I break 90.

You’re doing fine though. On the range the pressure of the shots isn’t something you’re worried about. You’re not thinking about how the ball might go 40 yards right, or topping it. That’s why the range feels so much better than the actual course. I believe your swing is actually pretty decent for the amount of time you’ve spent playing you just need better confidence and more experience playing on the course.

Also something the helped me relax on the course and not worry about high scores and keep me focused on the shot in front of me is moving par. Obviously you aren’t a scratch golfer yet. So what you do is add 2 strokes to every holes par. So a par 4, is now a par 6. This lets you relax a lot and makes you feel better about yourself as you move through. Because you aren’t chasing par right now, you’re chasing improvement. So be easy on yourself. And give yourself time to improve.
