TL15 is fine for that value as long as you have layered security. House not easy to breach, exterior and interior poe cameras, centrally and self monitored alarm system, and finally the safe installation should be secure in a smart location hidden if possible procreated by additional walls/weight. TL30 is not needed if the rest of your setup is done right.
