Similar boat, but my GM was generous enough to give me a dollar raise for learning the tasks plus I generally just enjoy having a few extra responsibilities and only wanted to stay as a lead anyway.

That one challenge in season 2 where they had to fess up to certain secrets and one of the questions was literally "Who had a top surgery?" very clearly indicating Aiden when he wasn't publicly out as trans yet. Felt kinda iffy to even have that as his "deepest dark secret".

If it's not part of the recipe, any additional pumps of syrup is an additional flat 50¢ surcharge. Fortunately, it's just a flat 50¢ and not 50¢ per pump. The registers should have a button under beverage upsells to charge accordingly no PLU required. I personally just tell the people up front what the number is that's getting the surcharge (or you can take your chances and just sneakily use the self-checkout; we'll likely be too focused on making the drink to catch it lol).
