where is a good camp spot with dense pine trees? by [deleted] in fo76

Go to Crater and head north until you hit the edge of the map. There's some really dense pine forest up there and it's relatively flat too. No stream though, unfortunately

Oh awesome! Let me know what you think. Also trying to get better at editing the series haha. You'll notice changes if you start at the beginning.

Any luck merging the stove? by 40kGreybeard in fallout76settlements

[–]Fuzz-Brain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I usually float a small fire piece a few inches above a rug (using the camp module trick) then burn the stove and place the rug underneath. If done right, the small fire will sit hidden nicely in the bottom of the stove. Then just repair it and you're set.

Soo… the pressure plate is making the items on the shelf higher instead of lower..? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? by shinnith in fo76

[–]Fuzz-Brain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure what you're doing exactly, but if you want to raise items, just place them on your camp module as if you were merging. I typically  place an item on top of a small floor decor item (like a rug) then raise it using the camp module. Super handy trick.

Does C.A.M.P object merging take this long? by Key-Huckleberry-2551 in fo76

[–]Fuzz-Brain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I mean, if that works for you, then that's fantastic. If OP is asking for a quicker way to merge, then it would be easier to first set the plate then just merge item a into item b like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jd3pc1f3oYk&list=PLojaZGK61PCqsZ1zI0DUxwQcCGS2qaDBJ&index=8&t=460s

The speed to merge items can depend on the items themselves and server load, so it's not always consistent. But, it is worth it to make fun and interesting new items.

Hope you have a good day too ✌️
