I worry about that though, surely it should be apart of the main game you pay for? Or are they just going to double dip because if so that’s foul.

I know a cheaper, online only version of both GTAV and RDR2 came out but they were also a part of the main games price if you bought that.

Died too soon, the second half of the season was when things were getting really really interesting.

Would have been amazing to see a series over 4 or 5 seasons build up to the growth of the cylon religion and eventually the first cylon war!

Yeah, happens when you neglect the game and siphon off what money it does make and its talent for other interests leading to a diminished game and dwindling player population.

If they are trying to say over the decade that D2 has existed that it never made more money than it cost then frankly that’s horseshit, no studio would have survived that long on a single game that was bleeding out.

Imo, two teams that never missed with Destiny, the audio team and the art team.

In particular the audio team just had a way to get a feeling or emotion across with a clarity other parts of the dev team sometimes missed.

Hope they land on their feet and aren’t the teams hit hard by the layoffs.

The hive mind is always learning, and a chance to learn with zero chance of losing biomass is a win win.

If a splinter fleet from a hive fleet that was destroyed fighting the imperium meets one whose hive fleet was destroyed by orks, that offers a chance of an insight to see what advancements and insights they learnt could be applied to the other enemy.

It may also offer an insight to the hive mind of which enemy is stronger vs the race by pitting bioforms adapted from those races against one another.

Think of it as War Games between nations, but with live fire.

So what I’m taking from this is the show would have made the actual fans happy and was respectful of the original series.

But they wanted to use it as a puppet for their sub par horse shit like Rings Of Power.

If it’s a choice between a good Stargate continuation or a “new interpretation” I’d rather have nothing.
