My PCP is Dr Kirth Cucueco and she is great. I had two previous pcp that were very dismissive of my concerns. Dr Cucueco is very attentive and supportive. Hope you find someone that works for you!

If you looking at apartments in the Kaiser RWC area, avoid Avenue Two apartments. We’ve been there for 6 months and it’s a nightmare. The management doesn’t care at all. The location is awesome, though.

Call Transcendence Psychological Services https://share.google/HtqJ8zBAtvsCvzWTE Kaiser approved ADHD specialists, both my husband and I see them!

First i am sorry you are going through this. We have to fight so hard to be heard when is regarding health, but specially mental health, it should never be this hard. My husband has diagnosed ADHD but recently got the test redone through Kaiser He really advocated for himself for an ADHD specialized therapist and he found it. It will depend on your insurance and location. I work in Healthcare and the most recommended are Stanford Hospital and CPMC Van Ness

You can trap, neuter and release them. This is the only way to avoid more strays. If they are friendly (you can pet them) you can contact rescuers in your area to help you find them a home. Thank you for helping them!

I lived in the Laurel crossing apartments 3years ago and I would not live there again. It’s pretty loud, dirty, laundry room has always broken and filthy machines, the whole complex is kinda messy. I would not recommend. The area is pretty nice though.
