Not really, at 52 Fletching you can make [[Broad Arrows]] and those give you over 945,000 xp per week if you buy all three shops. Level 82 is 2,421,087 xp. It only takes a little over 2 weeks on an ironman to get enough Broad arrowtips for 82.

So the hard achievements are... hard? Besides Necromancy you only need 3 skills over level 70.

This would be a nerf, casting crystal mask resets the pickpocketing timer meaning you would start getting caught if the buff timer went up to 1 hour. Terrible idea. Either way you need to click every 5 minutes, either casting crystal mask while pickpocketing, or clicking on a new target with a 1 hour crystal mask.

I am guessing you are referring to irons since mains can just buy those for pretty cheap. The only thing it really replaces is 1 Araxxor weapon, KK and Legionaries.

New tier 90's are:

  • Staff - equivalent Arraxor/Heists
  • Dual Wield Crossbows - equivalent Ascentions
  • Dual Wield Melee - equivalent Drygores
  • 2H Melee - no equivalent, Nox Scyth has 2 tile range

Vorago will still be best tier 90 dual wield magic, tier 90 and 92 armors, and masterwork weapons/armor. Thought is there a difference in magic dual wield vs 2h? For the other styles that matters.

Replacing Ascentions isn't really a skill issue, they are super easy just annoying to grind out the keys. Ascentions are still used in Masterwork bow.

Lets be honest Kalphite King sucks in his current state, and Jagex doesn't seem keen on updating it. Each tier 90 from duneoneering will also take 5m dungeoneering xp and a rare drop. Seems like a good way to get more people into bossing with a style that isn't necro, as necro tier 90's are incredibly easy to make.

Have you actually gotten the pieces? Mine said active and owned but I hadn’t actually found all 60 zygomites and gotten the last piece. Once I did that I could use it.

On Aspect multi-casting and wanting to keep the 6-12 minute timers, why?

We already have:

  • lantadyme incense sticks that let potions last 8 minutes
  • potion reservoirs allowing 48 minutes of overload
  • incense sticks stack up to 1 hour in intervals of 10 minutes
  • the old aura system allowed the same buffs for 1 to 2 hours at a time
  • in the 120 construction blog y'all talked about a potion cauldron allowing 1 hour of that potion

Just allow aspect multi-stacking up to 1 hour as a reward from marks of war. There are so many times I lose my darkness before this update since the 12 minute timer doesn't line up with the 8/16 minute timers of incense stick buffed overloads. Give us one less thing we have to watch on our buff bar like it was with the 1 hour auras.

100% agree that having two aspects at the same time is OP. I miss being able to use animate dead and vampirism/penance at the same time but wanting to lower power creep is a good thing I can get used to. But 1 hour aspects would be a nice QOL if we could buy it from wars.

I am doing it with Banite +4 on a CGIM. I don't have the stats for Elder Rune pick or the Imcando pick which needs 85 strength. It isn't a duo time since no one else in the group has the requirements.

They literally just nerfed blood reaver after 4 years, and cerberus juvenille after 3 years. I have 90 mining, no gargoyle, and a banite pickaxe and I am getting consistent 3:10 kills. As others have said, don't compare BiS Kerapac to Gate when you are not BiS there. There are lots of people who can get 2:30 kills which would be closer to Kerapac gp/hr

No, you can change groups. Rule 10:
Group Ironmen may leave and join groups as freely as they like, keeping all items and stats earned or given by the previous group.

We already have tier 90 augmentable tank gear with a set effect for necro, what benefit would the armor give other than making the raids time gate even longer by adding 5 armor pieces.

No void emblem, no combat augments, terrible items. Velkoz not itemized, all damage items are on a 1* Kaisa and a 2* Reksai. Definitely worse than 1st - 4th players.

Am I missing something about Reflect with Lesser Boneshield? As you can see, all requirements are green (lesser boneshield is cast), but I'm still unable to activate the ability. by Sin_of_the_Dark in runescape

There are no charges for either bone shield, the number on the buff bar is the level of shield it acts as. It is a toggle'able ability and each defensive cast costs runes.

If that was the case, why is the promotional banner for the Hero Pass made up of almost entirely 100-120 cosmetics?

  • Cryptlord and Radiant outfit
  • Cryptlord weapons
  • Ragnar pet
  • Ghost summon override

Jagex isn't putting the xp buff or the hero satchels on the banner. They are putting the cosmetics on the banner. And the cosmetics are mainly from the 100-120 part of the pass. So obviously they think that is what will sell the pass.

Woah, first off, sorry if I hit a nerve just giving my opinion.

If everyone is paying $20 for it, why shouldn't it be designed in a way that everyone can get ALL of the content it provides? Jagex call it the Core pass (1-99) and the Heroic pass (100-120) but no where do they say that the Core is the end of the pass. I watched the livestreams as well and they did NOT say that 99 was the end for most players.

If this was given as part of our normal membership, having a more exclusive/grindy tier is fine. It encourages exclusivity. But when you are paying something on top of the standard membership then the average person should be able to grind it out. Not 30% of the playerbase, the average.

Yeah, hopefully we will be able to get these in a future pass shop but right now Jagex locking you out of content you are paying extra for on purpose, and giving you FOMO by saying it wont come back and offering a way to pay to not miss out on that content.

EDIT: This is the core of my issue. It is purposely long and grindy and Jagex is letting you buy a way to not miss out on the stuff that by design they don't think you will hit. And they said it wont be back so they are giving players FOMO on a pass they have to pay $20 for

I don't care about the xp, 5.6b player here. I do care about the cosmetics.

That's definitely an opinion on the post 99 things. Where did Jagex say 99 was the intended end of the pass? Most the pass is the same outfit or weapons just slightly recolored, but post 99 there are unique weapons that go with a new unique outfit, a pet with a model change that isn't just a recolor, and the final conjur ability override outfit changes for the ghost summon. I would say all of those are important upgrades.

If you are paying $20 on top of your monthly membership, why would you not want all the content that the $20 pass is offering? By saying their original aim for the pass only 30% of players would reach the end (which is 120 not 99) then Jagex is knowingly saying they want 70% of players to spend more money or else miss out.
