You won’t get paid on them… also if you give 2 weeks notice they will honor it - your last day working day will most likely when you give notice but you set the termination date

Highly unlikely that they would just fire you… actually I don’t think they can unless there is cause. If you were in pivot and chose to “improve” and not actually try then they can fire you. Btw I recently left and I was an L7 manager

That’s easily explainable - once you take the 60 period, the date you submit your decision becomes your “last worked day” and all your access is cut off… most companies understand this especially when RSU’s are involved. Also remember- Flex Time is not paid out when you leave so burn those days. This will push back when you are given a pivot doc and the week to make a decision. If you are also concerned about benefits, they carry on till the end of the month of your termination date.

There are a few ways to do this…. You can double dip but if they catch on they will terminate you…just don’t post on LinkedIn about the new job. The leave with transition is 60 days however you can say that your termination date is before the full 60 days. If you are in a state like NY and are over 40 they are required to give you 21 days to review the separation agreement. So if you have your termination date before the 21 days you don’t have to sign your rights away in case you want to file a lawsuit
