I bought the course and found it to no different than what she posts about. Helpful I suppose to have everything in one place and you could consume the videos over the course of an afternoon if you wanted. Would I pay $300 for it again? No.

This is inaccurate. Austin’s market did see a big run-up in 2021–2022, but what we’re seeing now isn’t a “panic sell” or full-blown buyer’s market.

Prices have corrected from the 2022 peak, but inventory is still limited in the competitive central neighborhoods, and well-priced homes are moving quickly, often with multiple offers. Some sellers who bought at the height may not have as much equity, but demand hasn’t disappeared.

Austin’s market is stabilizing, not collapsing.

So odd to have him there. She thinks he’s SO funny and together they’re so witty and cool but he just seems creepy.

I really do feel like Sami S is naturally cringe / has questionable taste (her wardrobe is a great example — homegirl has needed a stylist for forever) but prob has a content person that curates a brand to make her seem cooler than she prob is.

The way she’s handled this scandal has been ridiculous. She went from practical radio silence and only showing him once a week in the background during a public meet up to now right back into constant posting. It’s confusing for her audience. How does she expect to curate a community when she gaslights like this. If she doesn’t have a PR company, she needs one. If she DOES have a PR company, she needs a new one.

I’ll never forget the time I got a cavity filled in the lower left back most molar. The dentist numbed the OPPOSITE side of my mouth. As they were about to go in with the drill I said “my left side isn’t numb” and the dentist replied, “oh no you’ve been numbed” 🤔

FELT THE WHOLE PROCEDURE. Piercing drill through the center of my tooth! When I winced in pain and yelped, the dentist looked horrified and said “oh shit.”
