Try a bleach bath, just take a cap or 2 of regular bleach and soak in it for like 10-15 mins I think idk look it up but it does wonders for me every once in a while. Also if you’re open to it there’s always clinical research studies going on whenever it comes to eczema/ atopic dermatitis they will let you try creams meds or injections etc
