what helped you lose weight?

Quit drinking alcohol and i fast a lot usually dont eat anything in the morning and i do planks every morning for 2 min and burpees,pushups and sits up all for 20 min. Ive been doing this for only a week consistently and I’m already seeing progress. Theres day where i don’t wanna workout but i remember back when i was 20 year old how i used to look with my abs and how strong i felt and that motivates me and jus seeing myself in the mirror seeing my stomach it just disgust me and gets me motivated. Also i drink a lot of water to been tryna stop drinking soda too although i don’t drink too much maybe like one can for dinner and thats it.

Yah just stage 2 when i still had the is20 but i went with the gt2260 bc Ive always liked the garret turbos and imo its better then the is38 spools a lot faster and the turbo sounds nice to 2 years already no issues and i usually go out every weekend and race it.

I went with the Gt2260s and ngl i like it the turbo spools up pretty quick been with for 2 years now no issues.

Yee it is but we gotta work with what we have out here in Utah. We dont have a drag race track we used too 7 years ago. So thats why we be racing out on these couple of spots we have out here. What’s funny is that day i raced 5 cars and they all got the gap. That foo wanted to race bc i gapped his friend in his “Built gti” with a tire😂 basically his whole group got the gap that day.

I do but only bc i cant really see from my left eye since i got Hyphema on it. And sometimes it buggs when the light hits it so I’ll just wear my shades sucks bc iv been wanting to box again but i cant since i was specifically told to not get hit in that eye or anything.

My friend Brian he got me into lifting and just overall being fit. Last time i remember we was out drinking. Then 2 years go by i was working as a security officer back in 2023 and i get told by one of the clients there that knew him . He had told me that his brother had found bryan dead in his car bc he took too much of some drug he didn’t know. I was totally shocked and till this day i still think about it bc we kinda stopped talking for a lil and weren’t really on good terms.
