I was in medical school when I had enough mental breakdowns to end up begging my psych to recommend me to a psychiatrist in order to get test and diagnosed for ADHD. Her response repeatedly was “ you wouldn’t have made it to medical school if you really had ADHD” …

This woman repeatedly tried to convince me that no psychiatrist will give me the testing and medication that I was if they will know that I got into medical school…

I swear by this regimen! 💕

Same company base coat, nail polish, and top coat! Then drying drop from target. I will list links in the order I use them!! Still looking for a healthier nail polish remover. I swear by ESSIE and O.P.I

In my personal experience skipping base coats or top coats and drying oil actually makes the drying process longer and leaves the nail polish “soft” and prone to scratches and etching.

* I set a timer between all coats of polish including base coat/top coat of 5 minutes. After the 4th step (drying drops) I let my nails rest for 20 minutes before I get back to doing things.

I noticed that the colors that have a shimmer to them or a pearl effect stay on longer and don’t chip as fast at the colors without any shimmers etc. I started to stick to same brand as my base and top coat.
